Against this background, I conducted this research which aims at investigating communication problems faced by learners and native speakers when they tried to communicate each other, and strategies taken by both sides to pvercome these problems. This time, I specially focused on \"Cooperative conversation skills.\" The following are used as data : (1) Tapes which recorded communication between learners and native speakers. (2)Interviews with native speakers.
